Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration launched simultaneously worldwide on 16 September 2026, marking the franchise's 30th Anniversary.

Individual packs sold separately are sourced from these officially released sealed products.

What's Inside a 30th Celebration Booster Pack?

Each factory-sealed English Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration Booster Pack contains:

• 5 × Foil Pokémon TCG Cards

• 1 × Guaranteed Pikachu Rare featuring one of 30 unique illustrations, included among the five foil cards

• 1 × Foil Basic Energy Card

• 1 × Pokémon TCG Live Code Card

Every Pokémon card in the pack features a foil treatment, creating a special anniversary opening experience.

Specific cards, Pikachu illustrations and premium rarities are randomly distributed and are not guaranteed beyond the advertised pack contents.

30 Unique Pikachu Cards to Collect

One of the defining features of the 30th Celebration expansion is its dedicated Pikachu collection.

Every booster pack contains one Pikachu Rare card selected from 30 unique illustrations.

Each Pikachu card features artwork created by a different artist, celebrating the character's enduring popularity throughout Pokémon's history.

With 30 designs available, the collection creates a special anniversary challenge for dedicated Pikachu fans.

Every pack provides an opportunity to discover another Pikachu illustration, although duplicate designs are possible.

Pikachu – Celebrating 30 Years of Pokémon

Since its debut in Generation I, Pikachu has become the most recognisable mascot of the Pokémon franchise.

From the original video games and animated series to the Pokémon Trading Card Game, Pikachu has appeared throughout nearly every major era of Pokémon.

The 30th Celebration expansion recognises this legacy by dedicating an entire 30-card illustration collection to Pikachu.

For collectors, the different artistic interpretations offer a unique way to celebrate Pokémon's history through the character that has represented the franchise for three decades.

Every Card Is Foil

Unlike standard Pokémon TCG booster packs, 30th Celebration features an entirely foil card lineup.

Each booster contains five foil Pokémon cards and one foil Basic Energy card.

This means every pack provides six foil cards, giving the expansion a distinctive appearance and opening experience.

The foil treatment is a standard feature of the set rather than an indication that every card is a higher-rarity pull.

A 199-Card Anniversary Collection

The English 30th Celebration expansion contains 199 cards across its different collecting categories.

The collection includes:

The main set includes the 30 unique Pikachu Rare illustrations, while the additional categories introduce premium artwork and cards celebrating Pokémon TCG history.

This gives collectors several different collecting goals, from completing the main set to searching for secret rares and nostalgic Classic Collection cards.
